Large Automotive Client in India and South Africa
Digital Pick System (DPS) is the system implemented in production line of the automotive plant. It detects the variant of the car in the line and suggests the parts to be fitted in the current variant. It communicates with line hardware through TCP IP protocol. To test the DPS during major upgradation, production has to be stopped at least in few kit areas, resulting in the production getting affected.

To test DPS, we have come up with a solution that will work inline with DPS and respond to its commands in TCP IP protocol. KITSIM simulates the entire plant in a single machine and acts like a shop floor user in sending and acknowledging commands.
It works in both half and full duplex mode. Each and every command or activity is logged in the system for better insight and due diligence in case of issues.
All the configurations in DPS are imported into KITSIM to simulate the entire plant.
A Large US based Industrial Automation Company
The client was using Excel for project estimation and quote. For a multinational company with offices all across the globe, collation and management of data in the central repository with Excel proved difficult.
Since a purely online collaboration was found inadequate, the client approached us for a solution workable in an offline environment as well.

In Fire Safety Systems panels are grouped as master/slave and implemented. In large malls and industries, alarms that are created cannot be identified by the system and logged for future analysis. The graphical orientation of panels' location and network is also not available.
